Refund Policy

Point packs

Unused point packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. If part of a pack has been consumed, we refund the unused portion pro rata.

Points granted as a bonus, promotion or reward are not refundable and are deducted first when a refund is calculated.

Subscriptions

Cancel any time in Google Play. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; the remaining days stay available.

If you cancel within 7 days of the first purchase of a subscription and have used fewer than 10% of that period's included points, we refund it in full.

Service faults

If a feature you paid for did not work and we could not fix it, we refund the points consumed and, where appropriate, the purchase.

How to request

Purchases made through Google Play are refunded through Google Play. Open Play Store → Menu → Payments and subscriptions → Budget and order history, or email support@uneesay.com and we will assist.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights granted by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce or the Content Industry Promotion Act of the Republic of Korea, or by consumer law in your own country where that applies.
